About KATE BRADLEY

Australian-born, Kate Bradley is a plant based cook, food stylist and freelance recipe developer in Melbourne, Australia. Kate has been dedicated to making plant-based eating easy, delicious and achievable in people's every day, busy lives since starting the Kenko Kitchen website back in 2013.

Kate is as passionate about health as she is about cooking and eating. Kate discovered her love of cooking at a young age, and quickly evolved a gluten-free, vegan approach to cooking that focusses on delicious, nourishing whole foods and recipes that are simple enough to cook every day. 

Kate has published two cookbooks through Hardie Grant, ‘Kenko Kitchen: Simple Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan Recipes’ published in 2015 and ‘Bliss Bites’ published in 2018.

Kate Bradley's passion for delicious plant-based cooking is defined by the Japanese word for health - Kenko.
